Prime Constructions

Prime Constructions is based right here in Thane East. We are located at 1/28, Shri Chintamani Society in the Chendani Koliwada area. It’s a neighborhood where everyone kind of knows what everyone else is doing. We have been handling small and medium building projects for several years now. It isn’t a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who have spent our lives around construction sites. We keep our equipment and our files in the society office. It’s not a polished corporate space, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time out on the sites anyway. Thane has changed so much lately, with new buildings popping up on every corner. We focus on doing solid work that lasts. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a dedicated sales team. Most of our customers are neighbors or people who have seen our signs around the Koliwada area. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what is possible. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the heavy monsoon rains we get here, but we manage to stay on track. We like the work we do. It’s about putting in a full day and seeing something actually get built. We are just local guys making a living in the construction trade and trying to keep things simple and honest.
