We’ve been at Prestige Garden for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot here on Dr. Almeda Road and we’ve taken up shops 9, 10, and 11 to keep everything in one place. Most days it’s just us handling the daily tasks and keeping the shop running. It gets quite crowded in the Nitin Compound during the afternoons when everyone is out and about. People stop by when they’re in the area just to see what’s new or to pick up what they need. We don't really have fancy offices or anything like that. Just the wooden counters and the stock we keep on the metal shelves. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for delivery trucks to pull in, but we always manage to find a way. Most of the staff has been here since the beginning, so we’ve grown up with the place. We know most of the regulars by name now and we often chat about the local news while we work. It’s not a complicated setup. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and do what needs to be done. We keep things pretty straightforward because that's easier for everyone. If you come by, you'll see it's just a regular local place. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't had the time to get around to it. It’s more about getting the work done than looking pretty for a photo. We spend a lot of time organizing things.
