You can find us at Shop Number 4 on the ground floor of Emerald Plaza. We are right on Gladys Alvares Marg in Thane West, just across from Lokpuram. It is a good spot for a business like ours because people can just pull up their cars and drop things off without much trouble. The shop is almost always humming with the sound of the machines running in the back. Laundry and dry cleaning isn't exactly the most glamorous job, but it is what we do and we have been doing it for a while. We spend a lot of time sorting through clothes, checking the care labels, and making sure the machines are maintained. Emerald Plaza is a busy place, so there is always a lot of foot traffic passing by our window. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic in the evenings when everyone comes in at once after they finish work. We try our best to keep up with the rush. The heat from the steam presses makes it pretty warm in here, especially during the summer months. We have got our daily routine down to a science now. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the street gets crowded. Being in Thane West for so long, we have seen the other shops around us change many times, but we are still here in the same unit.
