Premier Bakehouse Llp

Premier Bakehouse Llp is situated in the Bahar Arcade Building over in Vashi, Sector 11. Navi Mumbai has a bit more space than the main city, but it still gets plenty busy. We spend our days surrounded by the smell of baking bread and cakes. Our spot on Plot No. 457 is where all the mixing and baking happens. It’s a local bakehouse, nothing too complicated. We started with a few ovens and a lot of hope. Now, we have a small team of bakers who know their way around a kitchen. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just bake things. Sometimes the oven temperature is a bit finicky, or a batch doesn't rise quite right, and we have to start over. That’s just how it is with baking. The building we are in is easy to find, and we get a lot of regulars from the surrounding neighborhood. We like the community here in Vashi. It’s a bit quieter than downtown Mumbai, which suits us. We aren't trying to be a massive chain. We just want to make sure the bread is fresh every morning. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day near hot ovens, but seeing someone enjoy a roll makes it worth the effort. We keep things pretty informal here and just focus on getting the dough right every single time we start a new batch.
