Pratham Clinic

Pratham Clinic is located in the Mahaveer Darshan Building, which is Shop No. Nahaver Darshan Building, right across from the water supplier office in Badlapur West. If you’re looking for us, just look for that office and we are right there. The building itself is a standard one for this part of town. Our shop space is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for people who have trouble with stairs. We have a small waiting area with about six or seven chairs. When it’s full, people sometimes stand outside on the sidewalk. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. The walls are a pale color and we have a few shelves for the records. Being in Badlapur West, we get a mix of people coming from the station or the nearby apartments. The water supplier office across the street always has trucks coming and going, so there’s a bit of noise throughout the day. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors all know us. We don't do anything special for marketing, we just open the doors in the morning and wait for the first person to show up. The desk is usually covered in papers and pens. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days it gets a bit messy. It’s just how it goes in a small clinic like ours. We do what we can.
