We are based in Navi Mumbai at Flat No. 201 in Sankalp Housing Society. It's right near the D Mart in Sector 14, Koperkhairne. If you know the area, we're pretty easy to find. It’s a busy part of town. We’ve been operating Pranav Construction Systems from here for quite a bit. It’s not a big industrial park office, just a regular space in a housing society. We like it that way. It keeps us close to the community. We handle all sorts of construction management and planning from this desk. Sometimes the society is quiet, and sometimes it's full of kids playing. We just keep working through it. Our focus is on getting the projects finished. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. We deal with architects, contractors, and owners every day. It can be stressful when materials are late or the rain won't stop. But we manage. We’ve learned a lot over the years about how to get things done in Mumbai. It’s a tough city for building, but we enjoy the challenge. Our office is full of files and old site photos. We take pride in the stuff we’ve finished. People stop by occasionally to chat about new projects. We just give them a straight answer about what we can do. It’s a simple way of doing business but it works for us and our small team here.
