Prakash Industrial Corporation

Our spot is D-144 in the Amargian Industrial Premises. It’s right across from the S. T. Workshop in Khopat West, so there’s always a lot of activity and buses around. Prakash Industrial Corporation has been operating from this unit for several years now. The space isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to get through the week. You’ll see a lot of spare parts and tools lying around if you walk in. We don't have a receptionist or anything; you just walk in and find someone. Usually, one of us is fixing something or checking the inventory. It’s a bit cramped because we keep adding more stuff, but we know where everything is. The noise from the workshop across the street is constant, so we’ve gotten used to talking a bit louder. We get our tea from the stall at the corner every morning. It's a regular routine. The floor gets greasy, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that right now. We handle the paperwork ourselves on an old wooden desk that's been here since we started. Most of the people we work with are from nearby, and they know the shortcut through the alley to get here. It’s just us doing our thing every day, trying to keep up with the orders and making sure the machines don’t break down unexpectedly. It’s honest work and keeps us occupied from morning till evening.
