Prago Impex And Trading (Opc) Private

Prago Impex and Trading is our company over in Kalyan West. We’re located in the Shiv Leela building, specifically in C/B Wing, Flat No. 502. The area is called Khadakpada, near Barave. It’s a residential building, so it’s a very quiet and personal place to work from. This is an OPC, or a one-person company, so it’s mostly just me running the show with some occasional help. I handle the trading and impex tasks directly from my desk here. It’s not a large commercial office with a lobby or anything like that. It’s a functional space where I keep all my files and manage the business. I’ve been in the trade for quite some time and decided to start this on my own to keep things simple. Being in Thane district is good because it’s a bit away from the main rush of Mumbai but still close enough to get things done. I don't use any fancy business jargon or have a big list of corporate values. I just buy and sell goods and make sure they get where they need to go. It’s practical, everyday work. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s part of the job. I like the independence of working this way. It’s a real, small-scale operation where I can give everything my personal attention and not worry about corporate meetings or office politics.
