I run this business out of W-131A in the MIDC area of Khairne, right along the Thane Belapur Road. It is a very busy stretch of road, and there is always a lot of movement happening outside. The unit is where I spend most of my waking hours, managing everything from the inventory to the billing. It is named after me because I wanted to take personal responsibility for everything we do here. It is a small operation, and I have a few helpers who have been with me for a long time. The space is filled with shelves from floor to ceiling because we have to make the most of the room we have. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, but we manage to find a place for everything. I don't believe in having a big, polished corporate image. I prefer to speak directly with my clients and handle their concerns myself. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful, but I like the pace of it. We have a small fan that hums in the corner and a calendar on the wall where we mark all our deadlines. It is an honest, local business that relies on hard work and being present every day. We aren't doing anything fancy, just providing a service and trying to do it right. People know me around the neighborhood, and they trust that I'll be here when they need something. That kind of reputation takes years to build up.
