Our place is over in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector 3 at H 11. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some of the busier parts of the city. We work with ceramics, which can be quite a dusty business if you aren't careful. The workshop isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to get the job done. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in this part of the world. We spend a lot of time checking the batches and making sure things are packed properly so they don't break during transport. It's easy to chip things if you're rushing, so we try to take our time even when there’s a lot to do. The humidity here in Navi Mumbai can be a bit much, especially in the afternoons, but we've got a rhythm down. We don’t really do much advertising; most people just hear about us from others in the trade. It’s been that way for a long time. The office is small and usually has a few tea cups sitting around on the desks. We keep it simple. If someone stops by, they’ll probably see us in the middle of sorting through a new shipment or checking invoices. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch now and don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. It’s a practical spot for what we do, and the neighbors are friendly enough. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
