We are located over at Runwal Estate, specifically in D2-203. Godbunder Road is always packed with cars, so getting here can take a bit longer than you’d expect. Playfield India Pvt. Ltd. is basically run from this office. It’s a functional space. We have some samples lying around and a few desks where we handle the logistics. It's not one of those high-rise corporate offices with a view. It’s just where we work. We spend a lot of time talking about sports surfaces and equipment because that’s what we deal with every day. The phone rings a lot, and there’s usually someone coming in or out with a delivery. We try to keep everything organized, but with so much going on, the desk gets a bit messy sometimes. Thane has changed a lot since we started, and the area around Runwal Estate is much busier now. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our address somewhere. We just focus on getting the orders right. If a shipment is late, we spend the morning on the phone trying to track it down. It’s just the normal routine of a small business. We like the work, even when it gets stressful. There’s a certain rhythm to it that feels right after all these years of doing this.
