Planetcare Realtors Llp is based out of Thane, specifically on Mankoli Road in the Gundwali area. Our office is at House Number 222. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city, but there is a lot of activity happening out this way lately. We see a lot of trucks and construction vehicles going past every day. We do property work, mostly helping people find bits of land or maybe a new apartment coming up nearby. Thane is growing so fast, so there is always something to look at. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, showing people different sites. When we are in the office, it’s mostly just sorting through files and answering calls. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have any big signs or anything, just a regular place where we get our work done. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, but you get used to it. We know the local landlords and the builders around Gundwali. If someone is looking for space for a warehouse or maybe a small house, they usually find their way to us. It is mostly word of mouth around here. We just try to give honest answers about what a place is worth or if there are issues with the water or electricity. It’s just us doing our daily job. We keep a few chairs for visitors and some tea.
