Shrom Industries

You can find Shrom Industries right across from Agarwal Dying, near Pendharkar College in the MIDC area. It is a typical industrial zone where everyone is busy doing their own thing. We have a modest setup here. The workshop has been our home for quite some time now. It is often a bit noisy because of the other factories nearby, but that is just part of being in MIDC. We have some machines that run most of the day. Our team is small, mostly just local guys who have been with us for years. We do not go in for fancy meetings or long reports. We just look at what needs to be made and we get to it. The floor is usually covered in some off-cuts or dust, but we clean up at the end of every week. Being near the college means there are always students around, which keeps the area feeling a bit more lively. We get our supplies delivered and then we work on getting the orders ready. It is not a complicated business. We just try to stay steady and keep the machines in good shape. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup to keep things going. It is a practical, hardworking environment and we are fine with that. We just do the work that is in front of us and keep going.
