We are located at Plot No. A-207 on Road No. 29, right across from Ambika Nagar-2 in the Wagle Industrial Estate. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by our front gate. The noise from the road never really stops, but we’ve learned to work through it. Our building is an older one, and you can see the history in the cracks on the walls and the way the floors have worn down over the decades. We do most of our work in the back where it’s a bit quieter, while the front area is where we handle deliveries and pick-ups. During the lunch hour, we usually see a lot of people from Ambika Nagar heading to the local food stalls, and the smell of street food often wafts into our workshop. It makes us all hungry way before it’s actually time to eat. We don't have any corporate protocols or fancy uniforms here. Everyone just wears what’s comfortable for the job. We have a lot of old equipment that still runs perfectly fine, and we prefer it that way because we know how to fix it ourselves if something goes wrong. It’s a straightforward business with no real frills. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to avoid the worst of the evening traffic on Road 29.
