Ssam Associates

Our office, Ssam Associates, is located at Shop No. 4 in the Chintamani Gharkul building. We are right in the Panchpakhadi area, which is a busy part of town especially because we are so close to the Nitin Company Signal. If you’ve ever been stuck at that signal on the service road, you’ve probably passed right by us. The noise from the vehicles is pretty much a constant thing throughout the day, but you get used to it after a week or two of working here. The space is simple and we keep it that way so we can focus on the paperwork and the clients who stop by. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm with glass walls and coffee machines. It’s just a regular shop where we do our daily tasks and talk to people who need our help. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at once, but we manage to sort it out. The service road can be tricky for parking, so we usually tell people to watch out for that. We have been in this spot for some time and most of the other shopkeepers around here know us by now. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in despite the traffic. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get on with the lists of things we need to finish by the end of the day.
