Pagaria Welfare Foundation

Pagaria Welfare Foundation is situated in Navi Mumbai, specifically in CBD Belapur. Our office is in Mayuresh Square, which is a pretty well-known building on Plot 17 in Sector 15. We are up on the 9th floor, in room 902. Even though we’re in a big commercial building, we try to keep things grounded. Navi Mumbai feels a bit more open than the main city, but it still has that busy Maharashtra energy. We spend a lot of time at our desks here, looking out at the city-400614 skyline. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just a group of people trying to make a bit of a difference. The office isn't overly decorated. We have what we need to work—some computers, files, and a lot of lists. It can get a bit chaotic when we have a big project going on, with people coming in and out. We don't have a script for how we talk to people. If you call us, you’ll just get one of us on the phone, probably sounding a bit tired but ready to help. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We're just here in Belapur, doing the work that needs to be done. Most days are just about tackling the next thing on the list and making sure we don't forget the small details that actually matter to the people we work with. It's not always pretty, but it's real work.
