You can find Os2 Architects & Pvt Ltd. at A/102 in the Ekta Apartment building. We are located on Navghar Road in Thane, Maharashtra. Being in an apartment building means we are right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It is a quiet spot for the most part, except when the school bus drops kids off nearby. Our office is filled with drawing boards, large monitors, and stacks of architectural sketches. There are pens and rulers scattered all over the place because we are always in the middle of some design. It is a bit of a squeeze when we have big rolls of paper delivered, but we make it work. The balcony of the apartment gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break from staring at blueprints. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist to greet people. You just ring the bell and one of us will let you in. We are just a small team of people who enjoy drawing and planning out buildings. Maharashtra weather can be very wet during the monsoon, so we often have umbrellas drying by the door. We aren't interested in looking like a high-end studio with expensive lights. We just need a flat surface to work on and enough coffee to get through the afternoon. That is how we do things here in Thane. It is a humble setup but we like it.
