We’re over at 114 in the Aadhar shilla industrial estate, located in Penkarpada. It’s on Mira Road East, which is a pretty active area with a lot of industrial and commercial stuff going on. Onesquare Realty Services LLP is based right here. The office is in an industrial estate, so it has that solid, working-class feel to it. We don't have fancy carpets or designer lights; we just have what’s necessary to get the job done. Most of our day is spent dealing with property inquiries and sorting out service details for our clients. It can get a bit noisy with the local traffic and the nearby businesses, but we’ve gotten used to it. We handle a lot of different realty services, mostly focusing on this side of town. It’s a lot of legwork, really. We spend time visiting sites and then come back here to update our records. People come to us because they know we are right here in Penkarpada and we understand how things work around Mira Road East. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk into our office. It’s a practical, everyday kind of business. We open up, handle the paperwork, talk to people about their property needs, and then head home. That is the reality of our work here at Aadhar shilla.
