You can find us over at Arkade Art in Vinay Nagar. We are in Building Number 3, specifically in room A 204. Mira Road East is where we’ve set up shop, and it’s a pretty lively neighborhood to be in. The foundation is run by a small group of us who mostly live nearby. We didn’t want a corporate office in the center of the city, so being here on Mira Bhayander Road feels more right for the kind of work we do. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we actually prefer. Onef9Planet Foundation is basically just our way of helping out where we can. We usually have the windows open to let some air in while we work through our lists. It’s nothing too complicated. We’ve got some mismatched chairs, a couple of old computers, and a lot of files that need sorting. Neighbors stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask what we're up to. It’s a long way from the main parts of Thane or Mumbai, but it suits our pace. We spend our afternoons making sure everything is on track. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but usually, we wrap up when the sun starts to go down. The area has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more shops popping up around Vinay Nagar recently. It makes getting a quick lunch easy for the staff. We just keep things simple and try to do what needs to be done.
