One Humanityfoundation

We’re based over in Nerul, specifically in Flat 401 of Building 21 in the Seawoods Estates NRI Complex. It’s a pretty large area covering sectors 54, 56, and 58. One Humanityfoundation operates out of this flat. It’s a residential area, so it’s relatively quiet, which is nice for getting things done. We don’t have a storefront or a big sign outside. It’s just us in a regular apartment. Being in the NRI Complex means it’s a bit more organized than some other parts of Navi Mumbai, but it’s still just a home base for us. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or meeting people in the common areas of the estate. The flat is usually filled with files and a few chairs for whenever someone drops by. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few dedicated people who care about what we’re doing. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a polished office look. It’s very practical and down-to-earth. We like being in Nerul because it’s well-connected, even if the complex itself is huge and sometimes people get lost trying to find Building 21. We just tell them to look for the gate and follow the signs. It’s a simple way to work, and it keeps our costs down so we can focus on the actual tasks at hand. It works for us and the people we deal with.
