Our office is located at Wagale Estate in Thane West. We are in Room No-9, which is part of Chawl No.2 in Sant Dnyaneshwar Nagar. It is a very busy and industrial area, so there is always a lot of activity outside our door. The office itself is quite simple. We don't have any flashy signs or modern furniture. It is just a place where we sit and handle freight forwarding. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this job, so you will see stacks of files and documents everywhere. We spend most of our time on the phone, talking to transporters and clients. Wagale Estate is a good place for a business like ours because everything is close by, even if the traffic is a mess most of the time. We are just a small group of people doing our best to keep things moving. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to get through the day’s tasks. Sometimes we have tea together from the local stall while we discuss the latest shipping delays. It is a very practical and honest environment. We know our way around the logistics world and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We have been in Room 9 for a while and the locals know us. It is just a regular office doing regular work every day.
