You can find our office at 103, Shradha Smruti Chs. We’re located right near Kalwa Medical on the Old Belapur Road. Being in Kalwa, Thane, means we’re right in the thick of things. The 400605 area is always moving. Oberoi Constructions is just a small group of us trying to make a living and do right by the people we work for. We don't have a corporate office with a receptionist and fancy coffee. It’s more likely you’ll find us with a cup of tea, looking at some sketches or talking on the phone. Old Belapur Road is a busy stretch, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We’ve been here long enough to stop noticing it most of the time. We don't use any polished sales pitches. We just tell people what we can do and then we go do it. Some projects are bigger than others, but they all require the same amount of sweat and patience. The heat in Thane can be brutal during the summer months, which makes site work a real challenge. We’ve had our fair share of long days and late nights trying to finish things up. It’s not a glamorous job, but seeing a building actually take shape is a good feeling. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized in our little office near the medical store.
