Our place, Novatech Process Equip. (P) Ltd., is at 6, Yashwant Co-Op Society, which is near the swimming pool in Manisha Nagar, Kalwa. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a business like ours because it’s right in the middle of a residential society. We have a small workshop area where we put together different types of equipment. You can often hear the sound of tools being used, which I’m sure the neighbors are used to by now. Being near the swimming pool makes it easy for people to find us, as it's a well-known local landmark. The space we have is packed with metal sheets, welding machines, and various tools. We don’t have a fancy office; it’s more of a place where we get our hands dirty every day. There is a small table where we keep the ledger and the phone. We spend most of our time out on the floor making sure the equipment is built correctly. Kalwa is a busy area, but our little corner in Manisha Nagar feels a bit more tucked away. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot to work with the heavy gear. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t go in for big meetings or long presentations. We just look at the plans, grab our tools, and get to work on whatever needs finishing that day. We’ve been here for a few years now, and the routine hasn't changed much.
