Nithyashree Foundation

Nithyashree Foundation is located in Flat No A 702 of the Ashok Smruti Building. We are situated behind the Shivsena Shaka in the Kasarvadavli area, right off the GB Road in Thane. The office is basically just a residential flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s nice because it feels more comfortable than a regular office building. We have a few desks set up in the living area, and we keep all our files in the back. Being on the seventh floor means we get a bit of air, which is good because Thane can get very stuffy. We don’t have any marketing people or a corporate look. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The Ghodbunder Road is always packed with traffic, so we hear the honking all day long, but we’ve gotten used to it. We started this because we saw things in our neighborhood that needed fixing, and we figured we could do it ourselves. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything, from making tea to filing taxes for the foundation. If you’re looking for us, just find the Shivsena Shaka in Kasarvadavli and head to the building right behind it. We’re usually here working away at something or other, just trying to stay organized.
