Nipr Ventures Llp

Our place is located in Karvenagar, specifically in the Neel Kamal Society. We’re at plot 13, survey number 43. If you know this part of Pune, you know it’s a bit of a maze with all the small lanes, but it’s a good spot. We’ve been running Nipr Ventures Llp from here for a while. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually quiet during the workday, which helps us focus. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who’ve been working together for years. Our office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and books. We like the local vibe of Karvenagar. There are plenty of small cafes and shops within walking distance where we grab lunch. The society is well-kept, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors over time. We aren't interested in being in a big glass tower. This feels more real and keeps our overhead low, which is how we like it. Most days involve a lot of planning and some paperwork. We just take things one day at a time. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is approaching, but usually, we try to keep regular hours. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do. We’re just local people doing our jobs in a neighborhood we like, trying to stay busy and keep our clients happy without any of the extra fluff.
