Nimesh Electronics has its home at Shop No. 56 inside the Mahavir Shopping Center. If you are familiar with Shivaji Chowk in Kalyan West, then you’ve probably walked past us many times. It’s a very busy area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. The shopping center itself is a bit of a maze, but we are right there among the other shops. We deal with all sorts of electronics, and the shop is usually full of boxes and spare parts stacked up to the ceiling. It can be a bit cramped when a few customers come in at once, but we manage. Being in Thane, the humidity can be a bit much, but the ceiling fan stays on and we keep working. Most of our day is spent talking to people from the neighborhood who need something sorted out. We don’t have a big office or fancy chairs, just the counter and the shelves. We’ve been part of this market for a long time and we know most of the other shopkeepers around Shivaji Chowk. It’s a community feel here. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and get started on whatever came in the day before. It is a simple way to run a business, focusing on the tasks at hand without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures. We just do our best to get people's gadgets back in working order as soon as possible.
