Our day usually starts with checking emails and seeing who is looking for a flat. We spend a lot of time helping people understand the local market. Since we are based right in a residential area, we see the reality of living here every day. It’s not always perfect, there’s traffic and the usual noise, but it’s home for a lot of people. We keep our operations pretty basic. We have our computers and our phone lines, and that’s about it. Most of our clients are just regular people looking for a place to stay or maybe an investment. We don't use any fancy talk, we just tell them what we know about the buildings and the developers. It’s honest work. If you're coming over, it’s best to call first so we make sure someone is there to let you in. We are usually here until six.
