This is Nikita'S Cakes And Desserts. We are located over at 102 in the Omraj Co-op Housing Society. It’s right on Ghanshyam Gupte Cross Road in Vishnu Nagar. It’s a busy little area and we like it here. Mostly, it’s just about baking things that people enjoy eating. We started in this room and just kept going. The smell of sugar and flour is always around. Sometimes the ovens get too hot in the summer but we manage. People from the society drop by often. It’s nice having neighbors so close. We aren't some big factory or anything like that. Just a small setup doing cakes and various desserts. The kitchen takes up most of the space. Ghanshyam Gupte Cross Road can get a bit crowded with traffic sometimes, but it brings people past our door. We spend a lot of time testing out different recipes. Some work out great and others don't, but that's how it goes. We try to keep things straightforward. If you live in Vishnu Nagar, you probably know the building. It’s a regular housing society. We just happen to be doing our baking from unit 102. It's a lot of washing dishes and packing boxes every day. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just cake. That’s about it for us. We’re just local people making sweets in our corner of the city.
