NIDHISIYA NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is tucked away in Sector-19A over in Vashi. It is office number 322 on the third floor of the building. Being in Navi Mumbai means it’s always a bit hectic outside with all the cars and people moving around, but inside here it is usually pretty calm. We have been at this spot for a bit now. There are stacks of files everywhere because we haven't quite moved everything to the computer yet. It’s just the way we like to do things. A few of us sit here and handle the Nidhiisiya Nidhi business day in and day out. The sunlight hits the desks pretty hard in the afternoon so we usually have to pull the curtains. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up and we have to walk the stairs which isn't great. We keep a jar of biscuits for when people stop by to talk about their savings. It isn't a huge place, just a couple of rooms really. We’ve got a small fridge in the corner for cold water. Most of our visitors are from Thane or nearby parts of Maharashtra. They come in, sit for a bit, and we go over the paperwork together. There is a lot of noise from the street below but you get used to it after a week or so. It’s just a normal workplace with real people doing their jobs. Nothing fancy to look at but we get the work done.
