We have our office here in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Nerul, Sector 1. We’re located in the Moti Apartment building, which is Plot No. 213 in the Motijheel area. Our office is in Flat No. 302. It’s a bit different than being in a massive commercial complex; it feels more like being part of the community here in Shirwane G.E.S. We like the atmosphere in Nerul. It’s a bit more organized than some other parts of the city. Nickunj Eximp Entp has been running out of this apartment-turned-office for a while now. It’s a practical space. We’ve got our files and computers set up in the rooms. There isn't any corporate gloss here. It’s just a group of us working on our export and import business. We have the usual daily challenges, like keeping up with the emails and making sure our records are straight. The building is just a regular residential-style one, so it’s quiet enough for us to focus. Most people who visit us are surprised we’re in an apartment, but it works perfectly for what we need. We don't need a big flashy showroom. We just need a solid place to manage our operations. It’s a short walk to the local shops if we need a break. We’ve settled into this Nerul spot quite nicely over the years. It’s just an honest, simple office where we get things done without any corporate fluff.
