Nibha Engineering & Electronics Pvt Ltd is located over in River Wood Park. If you know Thane, you know it can get pretty crowded, but our spot is okay. We spend most of our time dealing with engineering bits and electronic parts. It gets dusty sometimes, and the noise from the machines is just something we got used to. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we build actually works like it's supposed to. Some of the guys have been here since we started, and we've seen the area around River Wood Park grow a lot lately. Maharashtra weather can be tough on the equipment, especially during the monsoon season when everything feels damp. We spend a lot of time double-checking connections and testing boards. It’s not glamorous work, and we don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us in our work clothes, trying to get through the orders on time. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated. We talk about sports or the local news while we work. It’s a decent place to be. We just focus on the technical side of things and try not to make mistakes. Dealing with electronics requires patience, and we’ve got plenty of that. Being based in Thane keeps us close to everything we need, so we just keep at it every day without much fuss.
