Our office is located in Thane West, at Flat No 1901 in the H Wing of Eternity CHS. We are right next to the Eternity Mall, so it’s a very easy place to locate if you’re in the area. Being on the 19th floor gives us a bit of distance from the noise of the street, but we’re still right in the middle of everything. We focus on international impex work, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone with people in different parts of the world. It’s not a massive operation with a lot of fancy departments. It’s just us working out of this flat to make sure our trade deals go through smoothly. We don't have a polished corporate image and we don't try to pretend we’re something we aren't. We’re just a dedicated team doing the hard work of sourcing and shipping. Thane is a great place to be because it's growing so fast and there are always new opportunities. We started Nft Impex because we had the experience and wanted to build something of our own. Most of our days are spent checking on containers and making sure all the customs rules are followed. It’s a lot of detail work and it can be quite tiring, but we find it rewarding when a shipment finally arrives. We don't use big words or marketing slogans. We just get the job done and move on to the next one.
