New Deli Fresh Chicken

Living and working in Jogeshwari West is always a bit of a rush, especially here at Shop No 2A 11 in the GIDC Estate. New Deli Fresh Chicken is basically just a place where we handle meat all day long. It is right near the B M C Colony, and that An area of the neighborhood always has people walking by or kids playing nearby. The mornings are the busiest because that is when the fresh stock comes in and we have to get everything ready before the sun gets too high. It can get pretty loud with the traffic from the estate and people shouting for their orders. We don't have a big office or anything like that; mostly it is just the counter and the back area where we do the heavy work. Sometimes the floor is slippery despite our cleaning, and the knives always need sharpening. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It is hard work, and your back starts to ache after standing for ten hours, but it’s a living. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a customer wants a specific cut, we do it right then and there. There are no fancy wrappers or big marketing signs here. Just a local shop doing what it does every day. We see the same faces every week, people buying for their family dinners. It feels like a small part of the community here.
