New Consolidated Construction Co. Ltd

We use Plot No D13 & 14 for all our correspondence and planning. It's located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. New Consolidated Construction Co. Ltd has been using this specific spot as a home base for all the mail and project planning. It’s not exactly a fancy showroom or a place where we entertain guests. It’s more of a practical space where we sit down and figure out the logistics of our building projects. Navi Mumbai is quite spread out, so we end up spending a lot of time driving around from one site to another. The office is usually a bit of a mess with all the letters, permits, and blue prints lying around. We try to stay on top of things, but construction always has some surprises waiting for us. One day it is a plumbing issue, the next it is a delay with the steel delivery. We just take it as it comes. We aren't into those fancy corporate mission statements or polished speeches. We just want to get the job done right so we can move on to the next one on the list. It’s a simple enough life if you don’t mind the dust and the heat. The sun hits the plot pretty hard in the late afternoons. We usually have the fans going full blast just to stay cool. It’s just us working through the daily grind. We have been in this industry for a long time. We know how things work in this part of the state.
