New Chance Impex Private Limited is based in Dombivli, at B 34 in the Navratan housing society on the old Dombivli road. It’s a quiet residential area, and our office is just one of the flats in the building. We don't have a big fancy sign outside or a glass entrance. We’re just a small group of people working on import and export business. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep things quiet. We’ve been here for a few years now. The office is pretty basic, with a few desks and some cupboards for our files. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in every day and get to work on our shipping documents and orders. Dombivli can be a bit of a commute for some, but for us, it’s home. We like being away from the main chaos of Mumbai. Our work involves a lot of coordination with different people, and we do most of it over the phone and through email. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We don't have any promotional slogans or big promises. We just try to do our best and hope that things go smoothly with every shipment. Sometimes we have a lot of paperwork piled up, but we just tackle it bit by bit. It’s just a normal business run by normal people in a regular neighborhood.
