Neptune Medical Centre Private Limited is located over at 601/15 Lilac Regency Estate. It’s right on the Kalyan Shil Road in Dombivli East. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially near Jondhale College. We see the students walking past all day. Being in Thane, it stays quite humid, and the office can get a bit stuffy when the AC is acting up. We have a small group of people working here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad except when the road is blocked. We handle the medical center stuff day in and day out. It’s mostly just making sure the files are in order and the doctors have what they need for the people waiting. The lobby has those plastic chairs that everyone knows, and there’s always a bit of a wait. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and trying to keep the schedule from falling apart. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. You get used to those little things. It’s a local spot, nothing too fancy, just a regular medical office in a busy part of Dombivli. We know most of the shopkeepers around the estate and sometimes grab lunch from the stalls outside.
