We are located in the Sai Lotus building, specifically in room 402. It’s part of the Sai Baba Vihar Complex in the Kaservahavali area of Thane West. Most people find us by looking for Muchala College, which is right nearby. The office is tucked away on the fourth floor. It’s a modest space where we handle the mansion and infrastructure side of things for Neelkanth. We aren't interested in being flashy. There are plenty of blueprints and files scattered around the desks because we always have something going on. The building has a lot of families living in it too, so it feels very grounded. We’ve been here for a few years, and the neighbors know us. The staff is local, and we usually bring our own lunch from home. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on site progress from this desk. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute a bit of a mess, but we always show up. It’s a basic office with a few computers and some sturdy chairs. We focus on getting the details right without making a big scene. It’s just how we prefer to work. Every day is different, but the goal is the same. Just get the work finished correctly.
