We are based out of Erwina B0403 in Casa Rio Gold, which is right on the Kalyan Shil Road. It’s a pretty modern area compared to some other spots, but our office is still quite modest and simple. We focus on being a Nidhi company for the people living in the complex and the nearby buildings. It's a lot of middle-class families here, so they usually want a safe place to put their extra cash every month. We aren't doing anything flashy at all. We have a small setup with a few computers and some filing cabinets for the records. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets and talking to residents who stop by after work. We try to make sure everyone understands how the savings work without using any confusing terms. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or marketing fluff. It’s just plain talk about money and savings. The Kalyan Shil Road stays busy all day and night with cars and trucks, but inside the office, it’s usually fairly quiet. We like that balance. Sometimes it feels more like helping out friends than running a real business. We see the same people at the local shops and in the elevators of the building. It’s nice to have that daily connection. We just do our work, keep the records straight, and try to be a dependable part of the neighborhood.
