I work at Navi Mumbai Sez Pvt. Ltd, which is part of the larger Reliance group. Our specific office is in CBD Belapur, right in Flat No.304 of Neera Housing Society. It's in Sector 8-B. Even though we are part of a big group, our daily life here is pretty quiet. Working out of a flat makes it feel less like a corporate grind. We have a kitchen where we make tea and a small balcony. It’s a residential area, so it’s not too noisy during the day. We handle a lot of the SEZ details from here. There are files stacked up in the corners. We don’t have fancy glass walls or a gym. It's just a regular flat with some office furniture shoved in. We know the neighbors and the lady who cleans the stairs. It’s a very normal way to work. We don't spend time on big presentations. We just check the documents and make sure the projects are moving. Belapur is a good spot because everything is close by. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, they just ring the doorbell like anyone else would. We just stay busy with the paperwork and keep things organized. It’s a steady routine and we don’t mind it one bit. It might not look like a huge corporate headquarters, but it is where all the actual work gets done for us.
