We are based in Room E-455, over in Sector 2 of Airoli, Navi Mumbai. It’s a busy part of the city, with plenty of small businesses and residences all mixed together. Our focus is on government contracting, so we spend a lot of time dealing with tenders and official documents. The office is pretty small, just enough room for a few people to sit and work. There’s a lot of coming and going, as people have to visit different departments or check on work sites. Airoli has changed a lot since we first started here, with all the big IT parks coming up nearby, but our little corner in Sector 2 stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are a bit squeaky, but it works for us. We handle the logistics and the labor side of things, making sure that everything meets the requirements set out for us. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the pressure. We aren't looking to become a giant firm; we just want to keep doing our work and stay in good standing with the folks we work for. It’s a decent life here in Navi Mumbai. On Friday afternoons, we usually spend an hour tidying up the desk so we can start fresh on Monday.
