Sports Syndicate (india ) Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the Syndicate Complex. We are right next to the Classic Stripes Company, which is a pretty big place that most people in this area know. We are also close to Avadhoot Ashram in Pelhar, Nalasopara East. It is a busy part of the industrial zone here. There are always trucks moving in and out and a lot of noise from the nearby factories. We have our space inside the complex where we handle all the sports equipment. It is a large enough area but it always feels a bit crowded once we get a big shipment in. We spend our days mostly on our feet, moving items around and checking the paperwork to make sure everything is right. It is not a clean, polished office environment. There is a bit of grease and dust from the industrial surroundings, but that is normal for Nalasopara. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Sometimes the commute out here is a bit of a grind, but once we get started, the time goes by fast. We don't have any big slogans or missions. We just make sure the crates are loaded and the orders are correct. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do, and we just keep at it every day without needing any fancy awards or recognition.
