Naeem Estate Llp is right by the Jui Nagar Railway Station in Nerul. We are located at Plot No. 28 in Sector 1, which is basically on the Mumbai Panvel Highway. Because of the location, it is never quiet here. You can hear the trains pulling into the station and the constant roar of trucks and cars on the highway. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It is a practical spot for a real estate business because everyone passes by here. The office itself is quite basic. We have a front area where people can sit and a back area for all our paperwork and files. We have been in Navi Mumbai for a while and have seen Sector 1 change quite a bit. It’s a busy area, and we fit right in with the local hustle. We don't use any fancy sales talk. When people come in, we just tell them what is available and what the prices are like. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at once, but we just pull up extra chairs. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We are just a small team working near the station, helping people find a place in this part of Thane and Navi Mumbai. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we are used to it by now. We deal with lots of regular folks every day.
