You can find us at A1 in the M.I.D.C. Industrial Area of Murbad. Oriental Containers Ltd. has a fairly large footprint here, which is necessary for what we do. The Murbad industrial zone is a busy place with trucks moving in and out all day long. Our facility is mostly open floor space and storage. It’s noisy and can get quite dusty, but that’s the nature of industrial work. We’ve been at this location for a long time. The office is just a small partitioned area near the main gate. It’s where we handle the logs and the paperwork for the containers. We have a crew that’s been with us for years. They know the routine better than anyone. The weather in Murbad can be quite harsh, either very hot or very rainy during the monsoon. We just work through it. The building is made of corrugated metal and concrete. It’s practical and does the job. We don’t have any fancy signage or landscaping out front. People who need to find us usually know the way. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on getting the containers ready and shipped out on time. There isn't much room for corporate fluff here. We just have our meetings standing up on the shop floor most of the time. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours. That’s just how things are at A1. We keep the machines running and the trucks moving.
