Mumbai Stallion Security Servicesprivate Limited operates out of Shubham Paradise in Kalyan. We are in the D Wing, on the fourth floor. Kalyan Dombivli is a pretty crowded place, as anyone who lives here knows, and the area around our building is always buzzing with people and rickshaws. Our office is where we handle all the logistics for our security work. We have uniforms stored in one corner and a lot of paperwork regarding shifts and sites on our desks. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filling out reports. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to stay organized and keep the business running. The building itself is quite standard for this part of Thane. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep working through it. We spend a lot of time talking to our guards on the phone, making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It can be a stressful job sometimes, especially when we have to cover last-minute gaps, but we have a good rhythm going. We take our breaks in the small balcony area when the weather is nice. It is a straightforward operation without any hidden layers. We just show up every morning and do the work that needs doing to keep things safe for the people who hire us.
