Our place is in Airoli, at Barkha Apartments in Sector-20D. We are in unit A-201. It is a standard apartment that we have used as our base for quite some time now. Airoli is a busy place, and the parking around Sector-20D can be a real struggle if you arrive late. Our office doesn't have any of those modern amenities like a lounge or a gym. It is just a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of documents. The walls are a bit bare because we haven't really thought about putting up any pictures or decorations. We are more focused on the work we have to do. We get a fair amount of sun through the windows in the afternoon, which makes it a bit hot, but the fans do their job. We handle the regional tasks from here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code or have fancy titles. We just do whatever needs to be done. Sometimes the neighbors in the apartment block come by to say hello. It is a friendly atmosphere. We keep things straightforward and don't waste time on long presentations or marketing talk. We just want to get through our daily list and make sure everything is handled correctly. It’s a plain, honest workspace for the team and we are used to the daily grind.
