We are based in the Hiranandani Estate in Patlipada, right on Ghodbunder Road. Our office is number 1406 in the Fortuna building. Thane is a busy place, and Ghodbunder Road is always packed with traffic. But once you get into the estate, it’s a bit more relaxed. Msmebook Advisory Services is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a modern building, but our office feels pretty homey. We have a few plants that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them. We handle advisory stuff for small businesses. It’s a lot of sorting through documents and trying to make sense of things for people. We aren't a huge team. Usually, it's just three or four of us sitting around. We talk a lot while we work, mostly about the projects we’re handling. There’s no big corporate culture here. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. We like the convenience of being in Hiranandani because everything we need is close by. The office has a decent amount of light coming in during the day. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a deadline, but we try to keep regular hours. It’s a simple setup. We don’t go for anything too flashy. We just focus on the advisory work and keep things moving along for our clients who are mostly just regular business owners like us. The security guards at the gate know us by now.
