We are located in Navi Mumbai, over in Koperkherne at Plot 19, Sector 16. Our office is in the Khushali housing society, room 301. It’s a busy part of the city with plenty of people moving around. Being in a project-based business means our days are never really the same. One day we might be staring at a computer screen for ten hours and the next we are out at a dusty construction site. Navi Mumbai has its own rhythm, separate from the main city. We like it here because it feels a bit more organized. Our office is filled with rolls of paper and half-empty coffee cups. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on getting the current project done so we can move on to the next one. The team is just a handful of dedicated people who know their way around a site plan. We deal with all the headaches that come with building things—permits, delays, and finding the right people for the job. It’s not always pretty, and things go wrong sometimes, but we just fix them and keep going. Most of our neighbors in the society are families, so we try to keep things quiet during the evenings. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. It works for us.
