We've been over here in Vashi for a while now, tucked away in the Maruti Prasad building near Sector 31. Our office is on the sixth floor, in rooms 605 and 606, and it’s usually pretty busy with people coming in and out to talk about building stuff. Navi Mumbai has changed quite a bit since we started out at this spot near Kerala House. We mostly handle the day-to-day things that come with developing properties around here. It's not always easy work, and there are days when the paperwork seems like it will never end, but we keep at it. Most of us live nearby, so we know the roads and the neighborhoods pretty well. If you’re looking for us, we are right there in Vashi Gaon. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the job done and try to keep things moving forward. We don't really do big speeches or fancy ads. It’s just us working on local projects and making sure the foundations are solid. Sometimes the traffic in Vashi makes getting to meetings a bit of a headache, but that’s just life in the city. We’ve seen a lot of plots turn into buildings over the years. It’s practical work. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the dust and blueprints. Most days we are just answering phones or checking on site progress. It is what it is.
