We have our main setup over at Harias Dream Park, right on the Mira Bhayander Road. Being on the fifth floor at unit 505 gives us a decent view of the traffic below, which is always moving in this part of Thane. It is a private limited company, so there is a bit more structure here than at some of the smaller sites, but it still feels like a local operation. We deal with a lot of construction projects across Mira Road East and the surrounding areas. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking on phones and the rustle of large paper plans being rolled out on tables. We don’t have any polished receptionists or fancy waiting rooms; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at their desk. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have multiple projects hitting milestones at the same time, but we eventually get everything sorted out. The location is convenient because it is easy for suppliers to find us along the main road. We have seen the whole area change over the last few years, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current build. It is hard work and the hours can be long, but that is just the nature of the construction business in a place like Mumbai.
