Msk Projects (I) Ltd. is located over in Boisar East. Specifically, our office is at A 7 in the Vishal Co.Op.Hsg. Society. This is in the Palghar district, which used to be under Thane before the changes. Our pin code is 401501. Being in a housing society makes our office feel a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate building. We have neighbors living all around us, and it’s a fairly quiet area compared to the city center. We focus on project management and construction details from this office. There are usually a few of us here looking over blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. Boisar has grown a lot because of the industrial zones nearby, so there is always some new project to talk about. We keep our office pretty simple with a few desks and a cupboard full of site records. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the kids are playing outside in the society compound, but we don't mind the life around us. It’s a short commute for most of us, which is a nice change from the usual Mumbai travel. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch together. Most of our work involves planning out the steps for different building projects and making sure the supplies are moving on time. It’s a steady job and we like being based in this part of Palghar. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work.
